These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and LuckyBet7 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "luckybet7"), which operates the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at luckybet7.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing any part of the LuckyBet7 platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager — you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood the entirety of these Terms and Conditions;
• Are aged 21 years or older and meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4;

• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

To register and maintain an Account on LuckyBet7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the LuckyBet7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information submitted must be accurate and must correspond to the identity documents you will be required to produce during KYC verification. LuckyBet7 will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts where the registered name does not match the payment method holder's name.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear copy of a government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of your payment method. LuckyBet7 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by our compliance processes.

Where duplicate Accounts are detected, LuckyBet7 will close all duplicate Accounts, void any bonus balances held across those Accounts, and may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Players found to have created duplicate Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will be permanently banned from the Platform.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• You must not access another person's Account, even with their apparent consent;
• You must notify LuckyBet7 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly to minimise the risk of unauthorised access;
• LuckyBet7 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

LuckyBet7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and approved cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT, ETH). All standard transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). A minimum deposit of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–7 minutes for standard DuitNow and FPX transactions, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. LuckyBet7 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the same name as the Player's Account.

• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed;
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated;
• LuckyBet7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawals;
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method;
• LuckyBet7 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. LuckyBet7 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast to the relevant blockchain network.

LuckyBet7 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday credits, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), which must be satisfied in full before the resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. As an illustrative example: a MYR 200 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement obliges the Player to place a total of MYR 7,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100% of the bet value. Table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate of between 10% and 50%, depending on the specific promotion. While bonus funds remain active, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is MYR 250 unless a different cap is specified on the promotion page. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the voiding of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus funds that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or where wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of the bonus credit), will be forfeited automatically without notification. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

LuckyBet7 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: claiming welcome bonuses across multiple Accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and any coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, LuckyBet7 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently exclude the Player from future promotions.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the LuckyBet7 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the Platform and supplement these general provisions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. LuckyBet7 does not cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred or where the bet relates to an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered void under applicable betting rules;
• LuckyBet7 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, impose maximum payout caps, or refuse bets at its sole discretion without providing reasons;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game result, the records maintained by LuckyBet7 shall be the definitive record and shall prevail over any other evidence;
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to the odds and rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted by the Platform's systems. Late bets that are accepted after the outcome is determined due to a system error will be voided;
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to all individual leg outcomes; a void result on any leg will result in that selection being removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining odds;
• LuckyBet7 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes has been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of corrupt conduct.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LuckyBet7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process;
• Creating multiple Accounts for the same individual or household;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt interference with sporting events;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transactions in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — such instances must be reported to support immediately;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or administrative interfaces;
• Engaging in any conduct that LuckyBet7 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening towards Platform staff or other Players.

All content on the LuckyBet7 platform — including but not limited to the LuckyBet7 name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphic assets, game assets, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of LuckyBet7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component; create derivative works based on Platform assets; or use LuckyBet7's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuckyBet7 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment service providers;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain secure Account credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results where the Platform has relied on data feeds from third-party providers acting in good faith;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events.

Where LuckyBet7 is found liable to a Player for direct losses, its total cumulative liability shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LuckyBet7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without advance notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• The Account holder has been identified as an underage user;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
